How to add barcode

to the existing forms, shipping labels, delivery note, invoices . . .

If you need to add barcode to the existing forms, shipping labels, Delivery Note, invoices, reports, etc. but your current MIS / ERP / Inventory system doesn't support print barcode, how can you do that?

There are 4 solutions:

1. Use a barcode ActiveX Control.

This solution need to update the computer application you are using, most the ActiveX Control can be bound to a data source for use in a database reports.

2. Simply stick a small barcode label to the existing forms, shipping labels...

If you don't want to or cannot update the computer application, a simply way is print some small stick-on labels, then stick it to the printed forms.

Use Barcode Generator software to print batch various barcodes on one paper.

3. Generate barcode image and import to the existing forms.

If your computer application can import and print image, you can first generate batch barcode image files, then import to the forms.

4. Over Print the barcode to the existing forms.

The following is a sample of over print the barcode to a printed forms.

** Take the coordinates of the barcode print position with a ruler.

** Input the coordinates to the Barcode Overprinter program.
